Stuart is the author of a science fiction series, an action-adventure novel, and various short stories. Having retired from law enforcement with its fights, drama, boredom, and unhealthy shifts, he began writing.

Inspiration for the stories include work experiences, video games, movies, travel, and life! He lives near London, England.

I self-publish with only a limited budget for marketing. I'm not a great social media type either, only using Twitter at the moment. I've sent synopses and manuscripts to publishers, but received no replies - that's life. It spurs me on to keep honing the craft.

I am over 60 and semi-retired, so writing novels and short stories is a hobby which I have enjoyed for the last 8 years. Life, children, grandchildren, and a full on career meant that writing took a back seat for decades.
